The multifunctional space is located in the historical buildings of the Konyushenny Dvor complex on the territory of the Courtier-Konyushenny Department in the center of St. Petersburg.

The concept provides for the renovation of part of the buildings with an increase in the initial areas, and the organization of space horizontally and vertically inside the buildings and between the buildings.
